Definition

During the initial upload, all SPL records that have been assigned to the corresponding data provider are marked for deletion. This means that they are no longer available in an active form in the system and can be archived or physically deleted from the database at a later stage.
SPL records that have been created manually are excluded from this. If these records are also to be flagged for deletion and therefore deactivated, the 'Delete SPL records created manually' indicator should be selected.

Indicator = 'X':
The system sets the deletion flag for SPL records created manually (with reference to the data provider specified) during the initial upload.

Indicator = ' ':
The SPL records created manually are not changed during the upload.
