Documentation
Definition
If this indicator is set, the system adjusts the valid-to date of the technical validity in line with the official validity of the boycott list; that is, as soon as the official validity expires, the system flags the corresponding SPL entry for deletion and can archive it. The technical validity is converted any time the official validity is changed (for example, by manual maintenance, SPL upload, and more).
If this indicator is set, the official validity can only be shortened. It cannot be extended. In this case, a new SPL record has to be created in the system. (This is performed automatically during an SPL upload).
If this indicator is not set, an SPL master record will remain active in the system beyond the official end of the validity period.
