Definition
The preference statement for a C-LTVD for a valid period may have changed due to a change in the underlying data. This change must be communicated to the business partner (customer) promptly.
If this flag is not set, then already issued C-LTVDs can only be re-issued if the preference statement changes from positive to negative.
If the flag is set, then already issued C-LTVDs can be re-issued both if the preference statement changes from positive to negative and from negative to positive.
