Definition

Maintenance of application objects in the BDT can be optionally divided into several parts. These parts can be assigned to views, which determine which attributes can be maintained for each part.

Example

These parts are known as 'BP roles' for the business partner. Examples of this are the interested party and contact person.

Therse parts are known as 'Product' for the bank account. Examples of this are the checking account and clearing account.
