Define the number of characteristics for each attribute.

Use

This setting defines the number of characteristics for this object that you can maintain in a license. The following variants are possible:

• No characteristics
• One characteristic only
• Any number of characteristics

If an attribute is to be used as a check criterion as part of license determination, you must be able to maintain at least one characteristic for this attribute in the license.

If you define an attribute as being maintainable, you must also define it as being relevant to the check. If you fail to do so, the attribute only provides information.
