You can detect the level where the specific data is available based on the organizational units. The following organizational units can appear in SAP Global Trade Services:

• @D9@ External trade organization

  The external trade organization represents the highest organizational unit and is the legal unit that deals with authorities when handling cross-border goods traffic. A foreign trade organizational unit can be assigned several legal units and can correspond, for example, to the company code in the feeder system.

• @A8@ Legal unit

  A legal unit is an organizational unit that divides your company into sub-areas. A legal unit is always assigned to a foreign trade organization and can correspond, for example, to the plant in the feeder system.
