Definition

The partner grouping is used to combine several partner functions.

Use

The partner grouping is used as the basis for performing the individual services:

  • Embargo: The embargo check is performed for all partner functions, which are found in both the partner grouping and the customs document.
  • Sanctioned Party List Screening: The SPL check is performed for all partner functions, which are found in both the partner grouping and the customs document.
  • Legal Control: The partner grouping is used in this service to determine the country of destination for export control and the country of departure during import control. Export/import control is only performed for the first partner function, which is also found in the customs document.

The corresponding partner groupings must be assigned to the legal regulations that are active for the individual services.
