Definition
If you set this flag, the previous document is flagged for completion.
Use
The flag for completing the document means the previous document is transferred to the SAP GTS system again and the completed items are flagged as no longer relevant for checks. This ensures that these items are excluded from any future checks.
Dependencies
This flag is only interpreted if the checks from SAP Compliance Management are active for the respective delivery type. If this is the case, the preceding sales orders are flagged for completion.
To complete the flagged sales orders in SAP GTS, report /SAPSLL/SD0A_OBJSSF_PROCESS_R3 has to run in the ERP system.
Example
As the result of a change to an outbound delivery, the previous sales order is now completely shipped. You want to make sure that the order is not subjected to any further checks in this case.
