Definition
A message is considered completed as soon as communications are restarted. The communications restart is a document processing function that is only active in cases in which a previous electronic customs declaration was ultimately rejected.
Use
This parameter is internal for the document and is not visible in the user interface. Messages that are flagged as completed are not considered during message determination.
