Definition

The procedure for defaulting data defines which data defaulting rules are used to determine fields in the document.

Use

To define general default data, proceed as follows:

  • Define a defaulting procedure
  • Define a field combination for the desired source fields
  • Assign the data defaulting rules to the defaulting procedure
  • Assign the accesses to the data defaulting rules
  • Define procedure determination

You can activate and deactivate the data default at the data defaulting rules level.

You can specify a sequence number for the data defaulting rules and accesses (optional) to determine the sequence of the default data.
