You can use these settings to control how the system response when a license is maintained and an external number is entered that is already assigned to a different license for the relevant legal regulation.

Use

You can configure the following values:

• No check

  When this setting is configured, you can assign the same external number to multiple licenses within a legal regulation.

• Multiple use of external number allowed

  In this case, the system allows multiple assignment of the external number and responds with a warning message.

• Multiple use of external number not allowed

  In this case, the system does not allow multiple assignment of the external number and responds with an error message.
