Definition

You use this flag to control the system response during license determination for products that have BOMs.

Use

The default setting, "Ignore BOM Items", results in license determination at the document item level. The product BOM is ignored.

The "Determination for All BOM Items" setting means the system takes every relevant BOM component into account during license determination, and assigns and depreciates licenses as needed.

The "Determination Ends at First Check" setting means as soon as a license is assigned to a BOM component, the subsequent BOM components are ignored. The assigned license is therefore valid for all the components contained in the product.
