Documentation
Definition
This parameter marks a message as a latecomer when one of the following cases apply:
- A message is considered a latecomer if it is received after transfer to the fallback procedure and it refers to the standard procedure prior to the start of the fallback procedure.
- A message is considered a latecomer if it is received after a document cancellation.
Use
Dependencies
When a message is flagged as a latecomer, the system blocks the following functions:
- Triggering an event in SAP Event Management
- Stock postings for special customs procedures
- Other document changes. Exception: If a subsequent cancellation is possible in the customs system of the authority for the respective national communications process, the system writes to the document the registration number that identifies the transaction in the customs system of the authority.
This parameter directly affects the control parameters FLMUP and RSTUP. If the message is a latecomer in the fallback procedure, the system deactivates parameter FLMUP (in general) and activates parameter RSTUP (when necessary).
