Use

If the Initialize Measures indicator is selected, the tariff measures in the system are adjusted with the data from the XML file. For example, if the GTS system contains measures that have a different validity (validity period) than in the latest version, then these measures are updated with the current version.

Measures that exist in the system, but not in the XML file of the data provider, are adjusted so that their validity period ends with the current run date.

If the Initialize Measures indicator is not selected, no comparison takes place and performance increases.

Recommendation

We recommend that you select this indicator only if you encounter errors (such as write errors) during the upload of the XML file.
