If this set, the tolerance rule and/or de minimis rule will not be used during preference determination.

Use

Depending on the agreement, it may only be possible to use the tolerance rule and/or de minimis rule in preference determination under certain conditions. Check whether these conditions apply to your products. If some of your products to not meet these conditions, set the "Do No Apply Tolerance Rule" flag. The rule will not be used for products with this flag.
