Use
Select this checkbox if you want to automatically trigger the sending of e-mail messages as notification for technically incomplete documents.
The e-mail notification only takes place if the customs document was created from a logistics document of the SAP ERP system. As soon as the system detects technically incomplete documents, it sends an e-mail to the user group that you defined for this purpose. The e-mail indicates which master data is missing and caused the incompleteness.
Dependencies
You have configured the user group that you want to receive the notification and configured the notification controls.
- You can define the user groups in the area menu of SAP Global Trade Services with transaction code /SAPSLL/MENU_LEGAL. From there, choose System Administration -> System Communication -> Maintain User Groups. Create a user group and assign users to it. Make sure you have entered e-mail addresses in transaction SU01 for the users you assign to the user group.
- To maintain the notification control settings, execute transaction code /SAPSLL/MENU_LEGAL from the area menu of SAP Global Trade Services and choose System Administration -> System Communication -> Notification Control for Incompl. Documents.
