Definition
The default structure defines which default rules are used to determine fields in the document.
Use
To create a generic data default, proceed as follows:
- Define a default structure
- Define a field combination for the desired source fields
- Assign default rules to the default structure
- Assign accesses to the default rules
- Define how the structure is to be determined
The data default can be activated or deactivated at the default rule level.
You can also specify a sequence number for the default rules and accesses if you wish to. This number defines the order of the data default.
