4DEFINITION&

Preference: Follow-on function

Use

Display of the recommended follow-on function. The following options are available:

  • @C5@ Request vendor declaration. This is possible if the product is not produced in-house exclusively, the vendor is relevant, and the product has not been excluded from requests.
  • @11@ Delete worklist. This is necessary if the product is produced in-house exclusively, or if the vendor is not relevant and the product has not been excluded from requests.
  • @KT@ Include aggregation-relevant goods receipts. This is recommended if the vendor is flagged as relevant for aggregation but not relevant for requests.
  • @5C@ Follow-on function not unique. If the product is relevant for requests and the partner has not been excluded from requests, but the product is produced in house, that product can never be requested.
  • The follow-on functions are merely proposals. If you changed procurement indicators or saved other product information, the proposed follow-on functions might change. Refresh the worklist display to show the new options.

Dependencies

If a procurement indicator is missing, it may not be possible to determine and execute the correct follow-on function. In this case, maintain or transfer the corresponding corrected/updated master data.
