Definition
The "Control of Periodic Supplementary Customs Declaration" flag is saved for the item of the customs declaration and can have the following values:
" " - Not relevant for periodic SCD
The item is not qualified for a periodic supplementary customs declaration.
"A" - Relevant for Periodic EGZ - Not Confirmed
The position is qualified for a periodic supplementary customs declaration, but is not yet available in the SCD worklist. Depending on the country-specific message flow with an electronic customs system, items are confirmed as relevant for an SCD through a specific reply message from customs and are assigned the value "B" through electronic inbound processing.
"B" - Relevant for Periodic EGZ - Confirmed
The position is qualified for a periodic supplementary customs declaration and is available in the SCD worklist.
"C" - Recorded in periodic SCD - not registered
The item was recorded in a periodic supplementary customs declaration, but the periodic SCD has not received a registration number yet from the customs system.
"D" - Recorded in periodic SCD - registered
The item was recorded in a periodic supplementary customs declaration and has received a registration number from the customs system.
"E" - Recorded in periodic SCD - Changed after registration
The item was changed after receipt of a registration number for the corresponding supplementary customs declaration. As a result, this item can be relevant for sending a change SCD that contains this item with the changed data.
"F" - Final tax statement
the item has received a final tax statement from the customs system, either directly - after sending a single customs declaration - or indirectly - after sending a supplementary customs declaration.
Use
The initial value for the flag that is used to initialize a new customs declaration item is defined in the activity sequence of the communication process.
Dependencies
The "Control of Periodic Supplementary Customs Declaration" flag is inherited at header level of the customs declaration and is taken into account during document closing (preparation for archiving).
