Documentation
Definition
You use this indicator to flag an authorization type as relevant for the scenario of automatic change SCDs.
Use
Dependencies
If you set this flag, you can save a period for closing an SCD in months in an authorization for customs processing.
When you create a supplementary customs declaration with this authorization, a deadline is saved in the document header that is calculated as the latest declaration date of all referenced customs declarations plus the number of months in the period. If the supplementary customs declaration is then extended with additional customs declarations, the deadline remains unchanged.
Example
A supplementary customs declaration is created with two customs declarations with declaration dates May 10, 2009 and May 15, 2009. A period of 12 months is specified in the corresponding authorization, which means the deadline in the document header of the supplementary customs declaration is May 15, 2010.
