Definition
This field contains the direct quoted exchange rate used to convert the transaction costs in the transaction currency to the currency of the customs tolls.
Example
If the insurance costs are quoted in 'USD', but the customs tolls are to be calculated in 'EUR', this field contains the exchange rate for 1 USD to x EUR , and therefore the price in EUR for 1 USD.
