Documentation
Definition
You use the depreciation group to control how the values and quantities of a document should be depreciated.
Dependencies
The depreciation group is assigned to the item categories.
Example
You enter a license in the system that has a highest value of 1,000 EUR and a highest quantity of 10 pieces. If the check for orders and deliveries is to be run, you must assign a depreciation group for the order item categories and the delivery item categories on the basis of which the license should depreciate. With these settings, you can use the highest value and quantity of the license for orders and deliveries as well. This means that both orders and deliveries have a highest value of 1,000 EUR and the highest quantity, 10 pieces.
