Definition
The default structure defines which default rules are used to determine date fields in the document. Only header data fields can be used as default values.
Use
To create a data default for partners, proceed as follows:
- Define a default structure
- Assign default rules to the default structure
- Define how the structure is to be determined
The data default can be activated or deactivated at the default rule level
You can also specify a sequence number for the default rules if you wish to. This number defines the order of the data default.
