Definition
This field contains the indirectly quoted exchange rate that is used to convert the transaction costs in the transaction currency to the currency of the customs duties.
Example
If the insurance costs are quoted in 'USD', but the customs duties will be levied later in 'EUR', this field contains the exchange rate of 1 EUR in x USD; that is, the price in USD per 1 EUR.
