Automatic Creation of Customs Declaration from Goods Receipt Posting
Use
If a goods receipt posting with a movement type flagged as "regular" in the feeder system is transferred to the Global Trade Services (GTS) system, a customs declaration can be created directly if the procedure determination is carried out successfully and the customs status is "duty unpaid."
Select this indicator if you want the system to behave in this way. It is effective for the customs warehousing, free circulation, and inward processing procedures. It is not relevant for any other procedures. If the indicator is selected and procedure determination fails, the corresponding goods receipt document can be found in the import worklist, as usual.
If the indicator is not set, the goods receipt documents are written to the import worklist if they have the customs status "duty unpaid." Procedure determination is not carried out in this case.
