Documentation
Definition
The default schema determines which defaulting rules are used to determine fields in the document.
Use
To define general data defaults, proceed as follows:
- Define a default schema
- Define a field combination for the desired source fields
- Assign the defaulting rules to the default schema
- Assign the accesses to the defaulting rules
- Define schema determination
You can activate and deactivate the default data at the defaulting rule level.
The sequence number for the defaulting rules and the accesses is optional; when specified, it determines the sequence in which the data is defaulted.
