Documentation
Definition
The relational operator lets you control whether the search terms in a partner address are joined or considered to be separate terms in sanctioned party list screening.
Use
You can choose from the following values:
A Comparison Index Contained in Keyword from Address
B Comparison Index and Keyword from Address Are Identical
We recommend using the default setting, "Comparison index and term from address are identical".
Dependencies
Example
Name of SPL address: McBrown
Name of partner address: Mc Brown
The search terms are generated as follows:
SPL name: MCBROWN
Partner name: MC BROWN
If you choose "Comparison index contained in term from address", the two search terms MC and BROWN are joined to form MCBROWN, which results in a match with the search term for the SPL name.
If you choose "Comparison index and term from address are identical", the two search terms MC and BROWN are considered to be separate search terms in sanctioned party list screening. No match is found in this case.
