Documentation

Definition

If you select this checkbox, follow-on functions for documents (for example, printing) are automatically triggered in the SAP ERP system. The follow-on functions are triggered when customs documents are released.

Dependencies

When documents are released, the SAP ERP system updates a worklist. You can use the following programs to process the worklist.

  • /SAPSLL/SD0A_OBJSSF_PROCESS_R3 for SD orders
  • /SAPSLL/SD0B_OBJSSF_PROCESS_R3 for SD deliveries
  • /SAPSLL/MM0A_OBJSSF_PROCESS_R3 for MM purchase orders
  • /SAPSLL/MM0B_OBJSSF_PROCESS_R3 for MM inbound deliveries

You can schedule these programs as background jobs. Once the documents have been processed, the system saves the documents in the background and automatically triggers the follow-on function. Once a document has been saved, it is removed from the worklist.
