Documentation
Definition
The total gross weight of all the items in the delivery. The gross weight consists of the net weight and the weight of the packaging.
Use
The system calculates the gross weight of every item by multiplying the delivery quantity by the gross weight per unit of measurement from the sales order. If there is no associated sales order, the system uses the gross weight from the material master record.
Procedure
You can manually change the gross weight in the delivery document.
