Definition

When you set this flag, an additional registration number is generated on the "Transportation" tab when you create a customs declaration or customs shipment.

Use

This additional registration number is normally used as a unique consignment reference (UCR). The number generated by the system can be changed manually as long as the customs declaration or customs shipment has not been assigned a registration number by the customs system yet.

Dependencies

A prerequisite for generating this additional registration number is that a trader number is defined for the declarant (or consignor) in the master data, as the trader number is part of the generated registration number.
