Documentation
Definition
If this field is set, the system selects the inactive vendor/material relationships as well as the active ones.
Use
An inactive vendor/material relationship exists if the system cannot determine any current relationships within the specified purchase order tolerance but there are still stocks from an earlier purchase order.
If there are long-term vendor declarations for materials that were procured from only one vendor but there have been no new requests for these declarations based on the purchase order tolerance check, you can extend the validity of these declarations if there is stock available. The following conditions must be met before the validity period can be extended:
- The material has been procured from only one vendor.
- A long-term vendor declaration issued by the vendor has been maintained in the SAP GTS system.
- There are no current ordering transactions within the specified purchase order tolerance.
- There is stock available for the material.
Dependencies
You can only set this indicator if the purchase order tolerance check has been activated.
