Documentation
Definition
You can use this field to specify a percentage as a comparison criterion.
The value analysis of components involves determining the threshold value for the corresponding bill of product, which you want to keep as low as possible. The threshold value is determined for individual components with individual amounts, depending on the specified preference rules. Some components have larger amounts while others have smaller amounts. This amount is displayed with the respective percentage for each component and compared with the specified percentage. If the amount for a component has a percentage that lies beneath the specified percentage in all the relevant bills of product, it is flagged as not relevant for requests.
If the bill of product is produced in house and the price lies above the calculated threshold for all active agreements, all the corresponding components from this bill of product are flagged as not relevant for requests.

Example
A bill of product consists of three components with the following usage values:
- Component A for 5 dollars
- Component B for 20 dollars
- Component C for 25 dollars
- The preference eligibility results from applying a preference rule "Third-Party Share Max. 50%". Accordingly, the threshold is 100 dollars. If the percentages are used as the comparison criterion, the you enter the components as a share of the threshold value. Specifically, this means:
- Component A has a contribution of 10%
- Component B has a contribution of 40%
- Component C has a contribution of 50% in the 50 dollars (= 50% of the threshold of 100 dollars).
- If you specify 10% or higher, then component A will be flagged as not relevant for requests.
