ABI Estimated Reconciliation Entry Summary Date.
The estimated reconciliation entry date must be in MMDDYY (month, day, year) format. Must not be greater than 90 calendar days from system date of the ABI transmission. Cannot be less October 01, 1998. If action code = A, cannot be less than system date.
