ABI Aggregate Reconciliation Indicator.
The only valid input is Y or N. If the indicator is Y, this will indicate to the program which subsequent entry record data is required. If N, all entry-by-entry data is required (R20, R21, R89). If the aggregate reconciliation indicator = Y, the increase/refund indicator must = 1.
N = No Aggregate
Y = Aggregate Recon
