Definition
Factor by which the forecast values are multiplied:
- Before the start of the phase-in time span in a phase-in profile
- Before the start of the phase-out time span in a phase-out profile
Procedure
Typically, you use a constant factor before the start date with a value of 0 in a phase-in profile. You can also enter other values.
An entry in this field is optional.

Dependencies
If you do enter a factor, you must also check the box to the left of the field. Otherwise, the factor is not applied when you run the forecast.
