Definition

Specifies that the user assigned to an item is transferred to an existing collaboration room automatically.

Use

If you want to transfer the users assigned to an item to an existing collaboration room automatically, select this checkbox.

Dependencies

If you select this checkbox, the the user assigned to an item is transferred to an existing collaboration room automatically when the user changes the user authorizations of the corresponding item.

If you deselect this checkbox, you can choose Assign Roles to assign the user assigned to an item to a certain role in an existing collaboration room.
