Definition
Specifies that members of an existing collaboration room who are not assigned to the item, will be removed from the collaboration room automatically when the system updates the members of the collaboration room.
Use
If you want to remove members not assigned to the item from an existing collaboration room, select the checkbox.
Dependencies
If you select this checkbox and the Auto Update Member checkbox, members of an existing collaboration room who are not assigned to the item, will be removed from the collaboration room automatically when the user changes the user authorizations of the corresponding item.
If you select this checkbox and deselect the Auto Update Member checkbox, you can use the Assign Roles button to assign the user of an item to a certain role of an existing collaboration room. The system only removes members of an existing collaboration room who are not assigned to the item automatically, when you use this function.
