Definition

The rollup source filter defines if a portfolio item or item of initiative will be rolled up depending on its approval status. The following values are available:

• All Items

  The system rolls up to the bucket/initiative all portfolio items and items of initiative irrespective of their approval status.

• Approved Items

  The system rolls up to the bucket/initiative only approved portfolio items and approved items of initiative.

• Proposed Items

  The system rolls up to the bucket/initiative only proposed items and proposed items of initiative.

Note: The system rolls up items of initiative up only if you have selected Items of Initiative and Standalone Items in the Bucket Rollup Source field.
