Travel time determination methods

Use

You can use the following, two travel time determination methods:

• Average Travel Time
  The average travel time can be specified through the planning node in the Customizing (see /MRSS/C_AVG_TIME).
• Rough Travel time
  The rough travel time is calculated based on the rough travel distance between the customer's location and the tour midpoint of the resource considering the average speed of the service area.

The travel time determination method is used during appointment booking to show the required time that is needed to travel to the customer's location.
