Use
If you select this checkbox, a work manager must be specified as the person responsible in the team.
Dependencies
Depending on the setting you make in the Team Member Validity field in Customizing activity Configure Basic Settings, the team responsible must not necessarily be the same person for the entire validity period of the team.
If you specify the team member validity period to be independent of the team valididy period, the Person Responsible checkbox is displayed on the team detail screen in the planning board. By selecting this checkbox, you can specify a team member to be responsible in the team for a given period of time.
Note that one person responsible must exist at any given point in time during the team validity period if this checkbox is selected.
