Use
The system indicates a qualification in the employee profile as being obsolete if the organizational assignment (personnel area/subarea) of the employee changes and the qualification (or rather, its underlying qualification matrix) can no longer be used for the new organizational assignment.
You cannot change an obsolete qualification; you can only delete it.
