Definition

Uniquely identifies the qualification. The qualification number must be within either the external or internal number range interval.

Use

If you do not set the External numbers indicator when you create the qualification catalog, the system automatically assigns a number from the internal number range when you create a new qualification. If you want to be able to change the qualifications using an API interface (for example, when periodically transferring data from other systems), you have to assign an external number.
