Defines which filter is displayed in the catalog
Use
Choose:
- No filter if you do not want to create, change, or display a filter
- Personal filter if you want to create, change, or display a personal filter
- Organization-specific filter if you want to create, change, or display an organization-specific filter. An organization-specific filter can be enhanced by a personal filter.
- Organization-specific and personal filter if you want to display both at the same time
Dependencies
If you choose an organization-specific filter and select an organizational unit, you can assignqualifications with or without subnodes to the organization-specific filter in the structure tree. S stands for Single, that is, a single node without any subnodes. M stands for Multiple, that is, a node with subnodes.
If you choose a personal filter, you can assign qualifications with or without subnodes to thepersonalfilter in the structure tree. S stands for Single, that is, a single node without any subnodes. M stands forMultiple, that is, a node with subnodes.
If you have activated a filter, the system filters the search helps for the qualification catalogaccordingly. Search helps for qualification catalogs are available in the employee profiles and the requirements profiles.
