Documentation
Definition
Indicates the number of terms found in relation to the number of terms sought. The higher the value displayed, the more suitable the resource or demand in comparison to other resources or demands with a lower result for unstructured qualifications.
If unstructured qualifications and search terms exist in several languages, the system searches in each language separately and in each case displays the higher of the two results.
Use
Dependencies
The system carries out matching for each qualification type. To calculate the total result of qualification matching, the system evaluates the matching criteria based on the weighting factors defined in Customizing under Define Weighting Factors for Matching Criteria.
If unstructured qualifications do not play a role in the employee or demand search (that is, no search terms are defined in the requirements profile), the system displays the degree of suitability as 100%. Since no unstructured qualifications are required, when the system calculates the total result, it processes this value in exactly the same way as if a requirement had been complied with 100%.
Example
In a resource profile under qualification type 01 (Project Experience), the following unstructured qualifications are defined:
- German: "Lesen Schreiben Malen"
- English: "Read Write Paint"
As search terms in the requirements profile, the following terms are defined:
- German: "Lesen", "Malen"
- English: "Read", "Draw"
Result of Matching:
- German: 2 of 2 search terms found => 100%
- English: 1 of 2 search terms found => 50%
The system displays 100%, regardless of the user's logon language.
