Documentation
Definition
Indicates the degree to which the resource or demand fulfills the structured qualifications from the requirements profile. The higher the value, the more suitable the resource or demand for the structured qualifications, compared to other resources or demands with a lower result.
Use
Dependencies
The system calculates the degree of suitability of the structured qualifications by comparing each structured qualification defined in the requirements profile with the structured qualifications in the employee profile. If several structured qualifications are defined in the requirements profile, the system multiplies the individual results and specifies the mean as the result.
The result for the structured qualifications is then combined with the partial results for the unstructured qualifications and further criteria in the overall results of qualification matching.
