Controls the weighting of a partially fulfilled structured qualification
Use
You can specify a value between 0 and 1. The higher the value you choose in the case of noncompliance, the more weighting the partially fulfilled structured qualification has when the degree of suitability is calculated in accordance with the structured qualifications.
Dependencies
If a qualification is not fulfilled, the system does not assign the noncompliance value, but instead assigns the value 0.
The system calculates the weighting for a partially fulfilled structured qualification with the following formula:
F = 1 - (1- M) / L * A
F: Result of qualification matching (0<=F<=1)
M: Noncompliance value (0<=M<=1)
L: Number of level (L is a natural number)
A: Distance from required level (A is a natural number where 0<=A<=L)
