Definition

If this flag is checked, the over qualified resources will be ranked more than 100 %. By default, the checkbox is un-checked and over qualified resources are shown as 100%.

Use

This is used in the matching of structured qualifications. For a structured qualification, when a resource possesses a rating of more than the rating maintained in the required qualifications, then the resource is considered to be over-qualified. In such a case, if this flag is un-checked, the matching of the resource for that qualification is shown as 100 % and the over-qualified flag is checked. Once the flag is checked, the matching percentage is shown beyond 100 % as per the formula and the over qualified flag would still remain checked.
