Documentation
Definition
Indicates how non-working times are displayed in the Web-based planning board.
Use
You have the following options:
- Show Based on Resource Availability per Day
If you choose this option, the non-working times are displayed per day based on the availability of the individual resource. For example, if a resource is not available due to sick leave, the respective day is displayed as greyed-out area for this resource.
- Show Based on Factory Calendar
If you choose this option, the non-working times are displayed based on a factory calendar. For example, holidays and week-ends are displayed as greyed-out areas for all resources.
- Hide Non-Working Times
If you choose this option, non-working times are not displayed at all.
- Show Individual Non-Working Times
If you choose this option, the exact non-working times are displayed for each resource. For example, if the resource is only available from 8:00 to 13:00, all other time slots are displayed as greyed-out areas.
Dependencies
The setting you make in Customizing defines the default option to be used when a new user launches the Web-based planning board for the first time.
In addition, a user setting is available. This allows each user to specify how the non-working times are to be displayed.
