Definition

Indicates whether the system, on launching the Web-based planning board, loads and displays teams and individual team members.

Use

If you select this checkbox, the following applies:

  • Teams and the individual team members are loaded and displayed in the resource Gantt chart
  • You can create new teams directly in the planning board, for example, by choosing the Add Resource button and then Team.

Alternatively, you can right-click on the resource and choose Create Team from the context menu.

If you do not select this checkbox, neither teams nor resources who are part of a team are displayed in the resource Gantt chart.

Dependencies

The setting made in Customizing defines the default option when the planning board is launched for the first time.

If you change this setting in the user settings, the change becomes effective the next time you launch the planning board.

How the team availability is displayed depends on the settings made in Customizing activity Configure Basic Settings.
