Definition

Controls whether or not the function is represented by an icon in the Gantt toolbar.

Use

If you select this checkbox, an icon is used to display the function in the toolbar, where possible.

Recommendation:
Due to space contraints, we recommend that you select this checkbox if you want to display all or most of the available functions in the Gantt toolbar.

If you do not select this checkbox, a labeled button is used to display the function.

Dependencies

The settings you make in Customizing define which functions are displayed by default when a new user launches the planning board for the first time.

In addition, each user can configure the display of the available functions in the user settings.
